Announcing the deferment of the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020
In the light of Government regulations and guidance in relation to the C-19 pandemic, and in accordance with the most recent advice and dispensations from the Kennel Club, it will not be possible to hold the AGM on 29th June 2020 as planned. Accordingly the Officers and Committee give notice of the deferral of our Annual General Meeting to some, as yet not known, future date.
The agenda for the AGM has been finalised as at 1st June 2020.

In the light of escalating Government instructions, Public Health England advice, and the ongoing Guidance/Advice from the KC concerning the Covid-19 Virus outbreak. The committee and officers of the Weimaraner Association have decided to defer the Special General Meeting planned for April 4th 2020 until further notice.

To be held at Buckminster Village Hall, Buckminster Yard, Main Street, Buckminster, NG33 5SB on 29th June 2020 from 7pm
THE LOCATION: Buckminster is on the B676 between Melton Mowbray and Colsterworth. Buckminster Yard is on Main Street (B676), opposite the Tollemache Arms. Set Sat Nav to NG33 5SB. On Google Maps (Street view is out of date)
All Nominations for Officers and Committee must be made on the Official Association Nomination Form and be in the hands of the Secretary by the 1st June 2020.
All persons nominated must be fully paid up members of at least one year’s standing and their permission and consent to act must be submitted on the nomination form and forwarded to the Secretary by this date (out of date nomination forms will not be accepted). They must be properly proposed and seconded in writing by fully paid up members. Nominations for the posts of Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer are elected annually.
Official Nomination Forms are available from the Hon. Secretary.
Items for the agenda should be forwarded to the Secretary by 1st June 2020 and must be duly proposed and seconded by fully paid up members of the Association.
In accordance with the rules, only fully paid up members present at the Annual General Meeting may vote.
Membership subscriptions are due on 1st March 2020. Any member failing to have paid by 1st May 2020 will cease to be a member of the Association.
